KICKSTART – Moped Loan Scheme
Norfolk County Council are promoting this scheme for people where transport is a struggle especially if looking for work or keen to get started in training or further education. The moped hire scheme is open to jobseekers or those on low incomes aged 16-65 living in Norfolk.
